HEY I'm in a magazine! Well it's
The Brag but still... I'm on my way to stardom.
I've even established that I may actually have obtained one reader for my measly blog! A very distinguished one at that...
Alice is my best-friend from England and, well, it makes sense that she'd want to catch up on all the interesting things(that's debatable) going on in Sydney,
so Hi Alice..!Lots of interesting things have happened. One of them was NOT when I did go to school: there was no-one there so
Tiernan came back to mine and we made a nice cake and went to see Harold and
Kumar:
With SPRING arriving (springing?) I thought I'd do some spring cleaning... Which means a whole different thing for me than it does for most people.
Main motivation being my mother telling me I was disgusting - you should be glad I didn't take a 'before' shot. I think the main thing that keeps my room so incredibly messy is the fact that I have so many clothes!
The answer to getting my clothes organised is washing them, and it took almost 11 loads to get through them all, but here is the final result...
The
Floordrobe that turned into a wardrobe;
A chest of drawers;
A hatstand;
And shelves!
As usual there were some interesting things found in the process of cleaning a room, but I didn't take any pictures of that stuff... Ha ha I did take a picture of this bus ticket though! It's from 2005!
Shows about how interesting my life is!
For anyone who wondered what the jumpsuit
thingy I bought from the op shop last week looks like- here's a little look.. Actually I gathered the ends of the pants to make them tight around my calves so it's different now!
So here are some photographs of the weekend: Lucy and I went out early on Friday night and got some free drinkies from China Heights, which is just a little art gallery on Crown Street, then we went to the Brighton and OAF but I didn't take many photos because we were very busy.
Ha, ha. Well we didn't get home til about 4:30pm on Saturday afternoon, we had a deliciously cheap breakfast on our way home even though we looked like trashbags and it was raining cats and dogs.
Saturday night was more conducive to photography, I went out with
Hannah, she's the best! I was only home for a couple of hours, but we went out later and did tasty
Chartreuse shots and danced the night away!
In fact we were in the Brighton and twelve police people came in and started sniffing around with their dogs and they smelt this guy who was playing the
pokies (pills?)! So he was taken out, but his machine had won $125! Alistair was there with Georgi and he really wanted to get the money out, but we ended up just playing the machine and winning $8... And I said I'd never play them! They
were kinda fun.
We hung with some cool people for a long while, (this is one of them below, Phoenix) some funny things happened, Hannah met a 'Sexy Babe' and then we caught the bus back at about 4am; Hannah, Smith and I. Lucky he was there though; acting as my vomit shield as some jock boy booted all over the bus next to us!
Delish!
You'll love this.
Here's a little video (perfectly timed) that I caught of some boys making out...
Lol. And Lucy!
